Participants registered for EPIA 2011 have access to all the conference events (Plenary Sessions, Thematic Tracks and SDIA). Each participant registration also includes:

- Coffee-breaks and lunches,
- Welcome Reception,
- Conference proceedings,
- Conference accessories (bag, programme, info, ...).

Papers are limited to 15 pages; each additional page will be charged an extra fee of 100 euros.

Papers accepted to the Springer Volume must be accompanied by a Springer copyright form fully completed, with  the following data:
Title of the Book or Conference Name: Progress in Artificial Intelligence - EPIA 2011
Volume Editor(s): H. Sofia Pinto; Luis Antunes
